Hybrid Algorithm for Node Deployment with the Guarantee of Connectivity in Wireless Sensor Networks

In this paper, the problem of deployment in wireless sensor networks is investigated. The authors propose a Hybrid Modified Crow Search Bee Algorithm (HMCSBA) for coverage maximization with guarantee connectivity between deployed sensors. Firstly, (MCSA) proposed based on basic CSA algorithm to form connected network after initial random deployment. position equation original was updated by introducing linear flight length that increases throughout iterations force sensors join network. Then, Bees (BA) applied optimize without losing Simulations and comparative studies were carried out prove relevance algorithm. Results demonstrate can connectivity.
